We visit Neros at least twice a week. I was so pleasantly surprised by this little handwritten Christmas card this morning. Thank you Caitlin and the team. Management changed not long ago and it has definitely been so much more pleasant to go there staff/service wise since. The new manager used to work at the other Nero in town and i have had nothing but a great experience whenever served by her, she leads by example and it has really shifted the culture of service throughout the whole staff. The only thing i must say is that the place ( downstairs) is in desperate needs for a make over. This is not down to staff but ownership. Southport is a coffee shop town, Neros is located perfectly and conveniently in the middle of town, a refurb would really boost up business and make it so much easier for the team to keep on top of cleanliness. Nevertheless thank you to the team for always welcoming us. Merry Christmas All! Joey, Chris and Mr Kai the cavapoo :)

Paid another visit recently and yet again still a very pleasant Branch. Much quieter than the Lord street Branch, with the added benefit of no passing traffic. So sitting outside is a far more comfortable experience without the worry of being exposed to vehicle omissions. Staff team here are a lovely group of people and a very accommodating lot when it comes to customising an order. Outdoor seating - very pleasant location, and great staff.

It's good, the coffee is delicious and the place is nice too!

Visited at lunch time fairly busy.staff coped well with a onslaught of people in queue.tables cleared quickly both inside and outside clean toilets and dog friendly. staff..pleasant and helpful.

We came to the Nero and we were served by 3 boys, who was very friendly, polite creating a very pleasant atmosphere and delivering quick service on a very high standard. It’s my family favourite place and we would love to thank all the staff for their great hard job and also say thanks to Nero for the delicious drinks and snacks. All the success to the business in the future

I’ve had my fair share of coffees in my time, traveling around the world and I can genuinely say a guy called Lewis made me my best one yet! Politely served with a smile. Just what I needed on a Sunday morning. Top work Nero and Credit to the staff member Lewis.

When I went in the other day, I needed to change my baby and the staff member Caleb were nothing but helpful pointing out where the toilet was. Also want to shoutout Lewis who works there too, always great with my baby
